PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a manufacturing yield is lowered and environmental evaluation is deteriorated accompanied by an increase in the number of components caused by the usage of a CLK module of a complicated circuit and a great increase in cost in the case of a PON (Passive Optical Network) system that uses a plurality of ONUs for one OLT because a conventional PON system with a plurality of communication speeds coexisting therein should be mounted with an expensive CLK module at an ONU side.;SOLUTION: In this PON system, a station side device is provided with a clock superposing part for outputting a superposition clock signal obtained by superposing a clock of a first oscillator on a clock of a second oscillator from a first station side SERDES to customer station equipment instead of using a CLK module of an expensive and complicated circuit, and the customer station equipment is provided with a clock extracting part for extracting a clock signal corresponding to a second communication speed from the superposition clock signal transmitted from the station side device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
