PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly disclose a vicious broker aiding and abetting an illegal entrant by effectively using information from a disclosed illegal entrant.;SOLUTION: A large number of pieces of testimony each having low reliability are accumulated in a database, and are arranged in each person thought that one is the same person. About a portion wherein information cannot be uniquely predetermined, by predicting a value thought that it is correct from occurrence frequency or related information, reliable information about the vicious broker is output. A server 2 inside this aider and abettor disclosure support system includes: an aider and abettor information table 3 for storing the information about the aider and abettor; and an aider and abettor blacklist 4 storing a blacklist related to the vicious broker.
