PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-dispatch information management system for easily managing vehicle-dispatch request information.;SOLUTION: A GW 50 converts a call control signal and an analog sound signal received via a public network 2 to signals for an IP network to be handed over to an SIP server 51. The SIP server 51 establishes call connection between an IP telephone set 52 of an operator and a telephone set 1 of a customer based on the call control signal obtained from the GW 50. An operator terminal 53 creates a sound file including call contents between the customer and the operator based on a sound signal converted to an IP packet, and registers request information and the sound file, by being related to each other, in a vehicle-dispatch information DB 55 via a CTI telephone reception server 54 along with the request information input to the operator terminal 53.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
