PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arbitration device of bus use right which can simply change a proportion to distribute a bus use right to perform arbitration.;SOLUTION: This arbitration device includes: an arbitration method selection circuit 11 which selects one arbitration method from a plurality of arbitration methods by selecting one setting value from a plurality of setting values stored in a shift register 11a which stores a plurality of setting values corresponding to the arbitration methods for arbitrating the bus use right to be granted to a bus master connected to a bus; a bus master determination circuit 12 which determines the bus master which grants the bus use right of the bus according to the arbitration method selected by the arbitration method selection circuit 11; and a control part 13 which controls the arbitration method selection circuit 11 so as to newly select one setting value from a plurality of setting values stored by the shift register 11a, if decision of the bus use right is made the number of predetermined times by the bus master determination circuit 12 according to the arbitration method selected by the arbitration method selection circuit 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
