PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video coding system, a classifying system, a coding method and a classifying method, for determining whether keying information key-input by an operator or a recognition result by an on-line OCR is correct or not, based on classification information described actually in a paper sheet, for determining erroneous keying, erroneous recognition or the like not found when only compared simply with a database, and for reducing the erroneous keying or the erroneous recognition.;SOLUTION: An off-line OCR 3 conducts verification processing for determining information given from an outside is recognized as a recognition processing result of the classification information for an image of the paper sheet or not, by recognition-processing the image of the paper sheet by assuming that the information given from the outside is the recognition result, when the keying information key-input from a VCD 22 by the operator or the recognition result by the on-line OCR 11, together with the image of the paper sheet, from a distributor 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
