SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR DISTRIBUTING EMM MESSAGE IN DIGITAL BROADCAST RETRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMM message distribution system capable of operation of automatic display message and e-mail equivalent to a conventional method even if a limited reception system different from that for an original signal is used in retransmitting digital broadcast performing EMM message operation.;SOLUTION: In a transmission side device 100, information distributed by an EMM individual message is changed to an EMM individual message corresponding to a reception method for transmission by a CAT editing function 105, an EMM individual message deleting function 107, an EMM individual message adding function 109 and a TS transmitting function 112. In a receiver side device 200, CAT processing and EMM message processing are executed by a reception function 201, a CAT processing function 202, an EMM individual message processing function 204 and an EMM common message processing function 206.
