PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charbroiler having improved durability, to which consideration for protecting a cooking person from high temperature of charcoal fire is given.;SOLUTION: The charbroiler 1 is equipped with a heat protector 60 covering a front upper part of a casing 10. A gap with a vertical opening is formed between the heat protector 60 and the front upper part of the casing.
