PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension telephone accommodated in a different exchanger, which automatically performs calling operations when the state changes from busy to available even if the exchanger dose not always acquire the extension state.;SOLUTION: A camp-on system has a first extension telephone, a second extension telephone connected to the first extension telephone, and a server which is connected to the first and second extension telephones, and manages presence information. If the first extension telephone calls the second telephone and the second telephone is in a calling state, the first telephone stops the first calling and becomes in a waiting state.
