PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition improving the absorbability through the intestinal tract, containing a compound having a structure represented by general formula [1]. PSOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes (a) a compound represented by general formula [1]: RSP1/SPRSP2/SPN-C(=X)-A-B-RSP3/SPor a salt thereof, and (b) a lipophilic substance. The composition improves the absorbability of the compound (a) through the intestinal tract. In the general formula [1], A is -(NRSP4/SP)-, -(CRSP5/SPRSP6/SP)- or the like; B is alkylene or alkenylene; RSP1/SPis alkyl, alkenyl or the like; RSP2/SPis adamantylalkyl or the like; RSP3/SPis unsaturated heterocyclic ring; RSP4/SP, RSP5/SPand RSP6/SPare each H or the like; and X is oxygen atom or the like.
