PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a construction method for repairing and reinforcing a wall body, which have superior working efficiencies and can firmly and inexpensively repair and reinforce the wall body.;SOLUTION: This repairing and reinforcing structure 4 of a handrail 2 includes reinforcing plates 5a, 5b disposed on both sides of the handrail 2, spacers 9 installed between the handrail 2 and the reinforcing plates 5a, 5b, respectively, mortar sections 6 filled between the handrail 2 and the reinforcing plates 5a, 5b, respectively, a first fixing member 7 for fixing the reinforcing plates 5a, 5b to the handrail 2, and a first outflow prevention material 8 for preventing the mortar filled in the mortar sections 6 from flowing out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
