PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no apprehension on a user side by accompanying execution of diagnosis when executing diagnosis processing on a vehicle side in accordance with diagnosis requirement from a center.;SOLUTION: Since a vehicle self determines whether a vehicle executes diagnosis or not for diagnosis requirement from the center, a diagnosis allowance condition table (a) is possessed in the center. The center transmits the diagnosis allowance condition table and diagnosis scenario (b) together with the diagnosis requirement to the vehicle when timing executing remote diagnosis comes. The vehicle firstly determines whether it is in a state that may execute diagnosis in accordance with the diagnosis allowance condition table received together with the diagnosis requirement prior to diagnosis execution when receiving the diagnosis requirement from the center. When each condition A-C is wholly satisfied in any one record out of each record 1-N in the table, diagnosis is executed along the diagnosis scenario as the diagnosis allowance condition is established.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
