PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lining material for centrifugal casting which has a lining layer in which tungsten carbide particles and tungsten boride particles are dispersed in a nickel and/or cobalt alloy base material and has a particle-depleted layer of an extremely small thickness or a particle-depleted layer of a desirable thickness, and to provide a centrifugal casting method for manufacturing the cylinder lining material.;SOLUTION: The cylinder lining material for centrifugal casting includes, by mass: 30 to 45% of tungsten boride plus tungsten carbide (total amount), the tungsten boride being 5 to 20%; 30 to 50% of nickel plus cobalt (total amount); ≤1% of molybdenum; ≤10% of chromium; 1 to 3% of boron; 1 to 3% of silicon; ≤2% of manganese; ≤5% of iron; ≤1% of carbon; and inevitable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
