PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dimension measurement and quality determination of an outer diameter of a large diameter part of a shaft using an optical outer diameter measuring device by getting rid of a restriction for setting light projecting and receiving parts or instead a light projecting part and a camera in terms of a space, the restriction being a problem for a transfer machine transferring the shaft using a rotating table provided with a notched groove on a periphery.;SOLUTION: Slits 9, 10 are provided on the rotating table 2 and a fixed guide 3, the rotating table fitting a shaft part a1 of the shaft A into a notched groove 4 of a periphery to receive and transferring the shaft A by supporting a large diameter part a2 from underneath. The slits 9, 10 faces each other on a straight line passing through a notched groove center C by inserting the large diameter part a2 of the shaft A introduced to the notched groove 4 therebetween in a plane view when the notched groove 4 reaches an outer diameter measuring part 7, and measuring light or lighting light of the optical outer diameter measuring device can be passed through the slits in a vertical direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
