PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system which can determine a presence/absence of wireless communication by a primary system correspondent to the signal detection performance of each terminal device and the reliability of signal detection result of difference from a cooperative sensing method; a cooperative sensing method; and a synthetic determination central apparatus.;SOLUTION: In a secondary system 200, the synthetic determination central apparatus 30 transmits a test signal in a common frequency band in common with a primary system 100 to a terminal 20-terminal 29, an erroneous detection probability and erroneous alarm probability are calculated based on the detection result of the test signal of each terminal device, the erroneous detection probability and erroneous alarm probability calculated in the cooperative sensing result of the terminal 20-29 in cooperative sensing processing are weighed, and thereby, the deterioration of detection accuracy of wireless signal because of the primary system is controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
