PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free rotation annular body type power transmission braking device having both a clutch function for transmitting or shutting a driving force and a function for braking rotation of an output shaft.;SOLUTION: When an accelerator pedal is pressed, a centrifugal weight 41 is axially displaced and a housing 31 of a clutch mechanism 30 is integrally rotated and the clutch mechanism 30 connects the housing 31 with the output shaft 12 at the same time. When a brake pedal is pressed, as a braking means 60 works to brake rotation of the housing 31 and a second pushing means 50 works to connect the housing 31 with the output shaft 12 at the same time, it is possible to brake rotation of wheels of an automobile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
