PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center-folded booklet feeding device in simple mechanical structure, that can position a saddle-stitched center-folded booklet at a predetermined position in a simple feed operation.;SOLUTION: The center-folded booklet feeding device includes a booklet feeding means capable of carrying and feeding a booklet with a saddle-stitched center fold comprising a plurality of sheets on a carrying member, and a booklet positioning means having an abutting member for abutting the center fold and capable of reciprocation parallel to the booklet feed direction. The booklet is stopped when the center fold of the booklet fed by the booklet feeding means is positioned past a predetermined position in the booklet feed direction, and the abutting member is moved back against the booklet feed direction to abut on the center fold and then push the center fold back against the booklet feed direction until the booklet slidingly moved on the carrying member is positioned in the predetermined position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
