PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-disaster action support system allowing safe evacuation guidance of an evacuee when disaster occurrence, and allowing prevention of a secondary disaster by making initial operation to a disaster such as initial fire extinction be properly performed. PSOLUTION: The in-disaster action support system 100 has: a plurality of wireless terminals 1 installed inside a facility, each having a wireless communication function; a management terminal 3 for communicating with the wireless terminals 1, and transmitting/receiving disaster information; and battery chargers 4 each for charging power of the wireless terminal 1. The battery charger 4 has: an installation position writing means for writing position information representing a position where the charger 4 is installed; and a position information transmission means for transmitting the position information to the wireless terminal 1. The wireless terminal 1 has a position information notification means for notifying the management terminal 3 about the position information transmitted from the position information transmission means.
