PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a corrosion-resistant copper tube having its inner surface tin-coated capable of forming a tin-coated film on an inner surface of the copper tube with less processes and in a short processing time.;SOLUTION: The method comprises: a coating step of coating an inner surface of a copper tube with a composition containing tin powder consisting of metal tin or a tin alloy, activator and viscous organic matters; and a heating step of heating the copper tube to the temperature higher than the melting point of tin powder. In the composition, the content of the activator is 0.01-3 pts.wt. to tin powder of 100 pts.wt. The viscous organic matter preferably consists of one or two of poly-ethers, rosin, rosin derivatives, wax, and thermoplastic synthetic resin. The inner surface of the copper tube is preferably cleaned with water or organic solvent or the like after the heating step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
