PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type hot-water heating structure of an indoor room in a building capable of shortening a term of construction in dry construction work and shutting off transmission of noise between stories. PSOLUTION: This dry type hot-water heating structure is constituted by attaching a steel wire without installing a shock absorber directly on a floor surface to shut off transmission of noise between stories through the floor surface, installing the shock absorber on it, and reducing a period of time required for the work for sticking the shock absorber to the floor surface to shorten the term of construction in the dry construction work and shut off transmission of noise between stories.
