PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone regeneration tool and a bone regeneration kit used for a bone regeneration method and capable of easily and quickly regenerating a bone having at least an equivalent strength to that of the bone before the regeneration irrespective of the state of the bone to be regenerated.;SOLUTION: This bone regeneration tool regenerates a bone by exposing a cancellous bone by removing a cortical bone, drilling a plurality of drill holes on partial surface of the exposed cancellous bone, inserting and erecting supporting columns in the drilled drill holes, and placing a top plate so as to be supported by the plurality of supporting columns. This bone regeneration tool includes at least a drilling device 21 for drilling the drill holes in the exposed cancellous bone, and a guide device 20 formed with a plurality of guide holes 23a which guide the drilling device 20 to drill the drill holes at the plurality of predetermined positions on the cancellous bone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
