PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an optical bioinstrumentation device and reduce its noise. PSOLUTION: A probe 3 for this optical bioinstrumentation device includes: a first wiring substrate 13 and a second wiring substrate 15 which are arranged with a space from each other; an LED section 21 which is provided on the first wiring substrate 13 to emit inspection light with a prescribed wavelength toward a living body B; a photodiode 23 which is provided on the second wiring substrate 15 to detect diffusion light from the living body B when the LED section 21 emits inspection light, and then generates an electrical signal corresponding to the intensity of the diffusion light; a flexible substrate 11 connecting the first wiring substrate 13 with the second wiring substrate 15; and a deformation sustainable section 17 which is shaped like a plate, made of Cu, connected to ground potential, and capable of sustaining a shape deformed by stress.
