PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-proof filter clogging state detection apparatus which can detect the clogging state of a dust-proof filter more accurately using system load/configuration information. PSOLUTION: The dust-proof filter clogging state detection apparatus has: a component temperature threshold generation unit 2 for generating a component temperature threshold 19 for a plurality of components constituting an information processing device based on information on a standard component temperature 15 for a plurality of components constituting the information processing device, system information 8 on the information processing device, and information indicating a state in the information processing device; and a clogging state detection unit 3 for detecting the clogging state of the dust-proof filter based on the component temperature threshold 19 and the component temperature 14 in the information processing device.
