PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement or the like in the efficiency of user's work by achieving reduction in network load or the avoidance of a load concentration to a server caused by a screen transfer method of a server-based-computing system.;SOLUTION: An information processor 100 includes a data collecting means 110 which collects data of use states when using an application of an application distribution server 300 to store the data in a memory, and a data moving means 111 for moving the data of use states to a client terminal 200. The client terminal 200 includes a data setting means 210 which receives the data of use states from the information processor to set a use state of the application by the data of use states, and a request transmitting means 211 that transmits a use request of the application to the application distribution server 300. The application distribution server 300 includes a service providing means 311 that receives the use request of the application from the client terminal 200 and allows the use of the application through a network.
