PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock handle device of a rising and falling rotation operation type, wherein a key can be pulled out without re-locking an operating handle on a fixed case.;SOLUTION: The key 14 is provided which can not pass through a through-hole 13 facing a lock body 10 in the head end of the operating handle 8. A reverse blocking lever 26 is pivotally connected to a lock lever 21. The lock lever 21 is rotationally-biased with a first spring member 24 so that a front edge hook 23 engages with a hook receiver 18. The reverse blocking lever 26 is rotationally-biased with a second spring member 29 so that a pawl 28 engages with a pawl receiver 19. A rotor 11 is rotated by the key 14 so that the front edge hook 23 of the lock lever 21 is disengaged from the hook receiver 18 of a locking arm 17. The pawl 28 of the reverse blocking lever 26 is engaged with the pawl receiver 19 of the locking arm 17 so that the lock lever 21 is held in a disablement position. The key 14 is reversely rotated up to a locking position with the lock lever 21 held in the disablement position so as to be pulled out of the through-hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
