CONCRETE MIXER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING READY-MIXED CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixer which can homogenize ready-mixed concrete produced while a ready-mixed concrete kneading time is curtailed on the basis of a new idea different from a conventional situation in which a means and a method for charging a material into a kneading vessel are changed from conventional ones in the production of the ready-mixed concrete.;SOLUTION: The concrete mixer comprising the kneading vessel 11, a pair of mixer shafts 12 which can rotate around a horizontal shaft in the kneading vessel 11, an arm part 13 suitable for each mixer shaft 12, and a blade 14 attached to the chip of the arm part 13. Mixer shaft side conduit 121 and arm side conduit 131 are installed at least in the mixer shaft 12 and the arms 13. An inside injection means 2 is installed for injecting at least water, a builder, or the mixture of them from the inside of the ready-mixed concrete being kneaded using the mixer shaft side conduit 121 and the arm side conduit 131.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
