PSOLUTION: The biological sample reaction container is equipped with a first flow channel 103 of which the cross-sectional area vertical to a fluid flowing direction becomes large stepwise toward the downstream, a first opening part 105 for introducing the reaction solution into the first flow channel 103 and a second opening part 106 for introducing a liquid not mixed with the reaction solution into the first flow channel 103. The liquid lumps of the reaction solution separated by the liquid not mixed with the reaction solution are formed in the first flow channel 103 so as to be changed stepwise in size.
