PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved steam turbine. PSOLUTION: The influx stage for the steam turbine, in particular an adjusting stage, is equipped with nozzle rings 2;3;4 for abutting the steam to a rotor, wherein the nozzle rings have nozzles 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 arranged adjoining circumferentially and provided at a nozzle box, and the nozzle rings are formed so that the mass velocity of the steam passing through the nozzles is approximately constant over the circumference of each nozzle ring.
