PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor voltage correction circuit and a voltage monitor circuit, which correct an error of a monitor voltage caused by a voltage potential between grounds when a first circuit which generates a monitor voltage and a second circuit which converts the monitor voltage into a digital value are connected to different ground points.;SOLUTION: A correction voltage output circuit 31 outputs a voltage potential which may occur between the first ground G1 and the second ground G2 as a correction voltage Vref. An operational amplifier 33 adds a voltage occurring in resistors R1 and R2, and outputs it as an output voltage Vout to an AD converter 12. R1:R2 is set to 1:2, R1 is set to be equal to R3, and R2 is set to be equal to R4, so that Vout=(1/2)*Vin+Vref is obtained.
