PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program, data capturing apparatus, data capturing method, and data management system, wherein simulation experimentation of operation of a system after updating is performed under the same condition as a source system under operating.;SOLUTION: Packet data to be packet-communicated via a transmission line between devices constituting an external source system S1 are fragmented into data length units which are settled within the transmission line. The data capturing apparatus 5 sequentially captures the fragmented packet data and segments job data semantic as information causing the devices constituting the source system S1 to carry out predetermined processing by merging the fragmented packet data. The segmented job data are transmitted to devices constituting a target system S2, different from the source system S1, for performing simulation experimentation of operation of the source system S1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
