PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet leaf sensor, while holding advantage of small and lightweight of electrical conducting apparatus for regulating sensitivity of the same sort as capacitance variation detecting apparatus.;SOLUTION: A moisture detecting section where two sets of a comb-shaped electrode are faced each other is prepared on the top surface of an insulator plate, each circuit of a power source, an oscillation, an input, an amplification, a determination, and an output is prepared on the bottom surface of the insulator plate, the top surface and the bottom surface of the insulator plate are electrically connected by through-holes, the insulator plate is prepared on the upper surface of a cylindrical case, a slot for cables for connecting with exterior is prepared on a lateral surface of the cylindrical case, and thus power delivery sequence is implemented with a predetermined procedure to the sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
