PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance image quality of a photographed image in consideration of characteristics an image sensor according to an pixel position. PSOLUTION: A learning apparatus includes: a prediction tap extraction unit extracting a plurality of pixels, as prediction taps, which are plurality of pixels included in a first image and the plurality of pixels corresponding to adjacent pixel positions of a notable pixel noticed by a second image with quality higher than that of the concerned first image; a class classifying unit deciding the class of the notable pixel according to the pixel position at the second image of the notable pixel; and a coefficient calculation unit calculating a prediction coefficient to be used for predicting a pixel value of the notable pixel from the pixel values of the prediction taps by using a preliminarily captured teacher image having the image quality of the second image and student images generated by applying different filters according to pixel positions to the teacher images for each of the classes decided by the class classifying unit.
