PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated control system, an integrated control method, an integrated control device and an integrated control program for updating a control program without stopping the operation control of equipment. PSOLUTION: An integrated controller 10 is provided with: a communication part 14 for transmitting a control program for update to an updated equipment controller for controlling the operation of a control object (any of each showcase 21, compressor 22, and condenser 23); a decision part 113 for deciding whether the operating state of the control object is affected by the restart of the updated equipment controller on the basis of the operating state of the control object; and an instruction part 114 for instructing the restart of the updated equipment controller when it is decided that the operating state of the control object is not affected by the restart of the updated equipment controller.
