PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone, especially a cortical bone such as an alveolar bone in the dental field or a long bone in the orthopedic field by using a composite of calcium phosphate represented by OCP (octacalcium phosphate), a precursor of hydroxyapatite and a biodegradable polymer represented by collagen as an artificial bone material.;SOLUTION: This bone forming kit includes the artificial bone material and a protection base material enclosing the bone forming material. The protection base material is to form a bone in such a state that the bone forming material does not receive pressure of suture when the skin and the periostea are sutured. Formation of the bone, especially the cortical bone such as an alveolar bone in the dental field or a long bone in the orthopedic field is facilitated by providing the bone forming kit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
