AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM FOR AUTHENTICATING CONTENT OF INFORMATION TO BE DISCLOSED USING TWO-DIMENSIONAL CODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system for authenticating content of information to be disclosed using a two-dimensional code which prevents disclosure of content of information contrary to good public order and customs.;SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 reads a disclosed two-dimensional code Q and transmits an authentication number disposed in a disclosed area, to an authentication server A(30A). On receipt of the authentication number from the cellular phone, the authentication server A transmits an encryption key corresponding to the received authentication number, to the cellular phone. The cellular phone 10 uses the received encryption key to decode content (web site address) of information disposed in a nonpublic area of the two-dimensional code. Only a user who has been authenticated in advance is allowed to decode content of information in the nonpublic area of the disclosed two-dimensional code, so that disclosure of content of information contrary to good public order and customs can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
