PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation process module with high energy-saving effect, an integration separation process module, and a large scale integration separation process module.;SOLUTION: In the separation process module 100, first and second branched lines R1, R2 run input fluid branchingdly, the fluid joins at a merging path W to flow joinedly. A separator S separates the input fluid flowing in the merging path W into the first output fluid and second input fluid. A first compressor C1 raises the temperature of the first output fluid output from the separator S by compressing it. A first heat exchanger H1 heat-exchanges between the first compressed output fluid and the input fluid flowing in the merging path W. A second heat exchanger H2 heat-exchanges between the first output fluid having passed through the first heat exchanger H1 and the input fluid flowing in the first branched line R1.
