PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal apparatus that automatically notifies, without fail, a predetermined notification destination, even if an elderly person who lives in a local area becomes ill and falls over at the outside or inside the house, when the person is alone.;SOLUTION: The mobile terminal apparatus includes: an information delivery means, an acceleration detection means, a GPS position detection means; and an information-delivery releasing means that stops information delivery and notification. When the acceleration detected by the acceleration detection means falls in a predetermined range, the information delivery means continues to output an information-delivery sound, and if the information-delivery release means is not operated even when a predetermined time elapses, a message and the current position are automatically reported to a predetermined recipient. FUrthermore, a human sensor is equipped; if a detection output from this human sensor is not obtained for longer than a predetermined time, the information-delivery means continues to output the information-delivery sound; and if the information-delivery release means is not operated, even if a predetermined time has elapsed, message and the current position are automatically reported to the predetermined recipient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
