PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a soundproof wall and the mounting method of the soundproof wall which can facilitate adjustment to the standing surface of the soundproof wall and can shorten the mounting work time of the soundproof wall.;SOLUTION: The soundproof wall is constituted of a soundproof panel and a mounting part which can be mounted to a building frame, and the mounting structure of the soundproof wall is used for mounting the soundproof wall to the building frame.
