PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a rapid change of a work process instruction to perform a certain instruction of next work contents. PSOLUTION: This process management system 10 includes: terminals 100 each including a change confirmation means 110 which collates identification information of each work process and work process order included in storage information of an RFID tag 50, and management identification information of a storage means, and sends a change confirmation request including information about a corresponding work object, and the identification information and the work process order of a succeeding work process to a management server 200, and a change information output means 111 which receives a decision result corresponding to the change confirmation request from the management server 100, and outputs the identification information of the work process having a change in the succeeding work process; and the management server 200 including a decision means 210 which collates a process code table 225, and the identification information and the work process order of the succeeding work process and the information about the work object included in the change confirmation request, decides the work process wherein the change occurs in the process code table about the succeeding work process, and sends a decision result to the terminal.
