PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve consulting to impress the positioning of evaluation to a candidate and a target organization by performing objective evaluation while actualizing improvement obstacle.;SOLUTION: This consulting support device 100 includes a result point input part 301 for inputting a hearing result point from the constituent of each hierarchy about a plurality of hearing items configured in each organization hierarchy; a raw score generation part 302 for generating evaluation item raw points from the hearing result point according to a plurality of evaluation items independent of and common to the organization hierarchies, that is, the evaluation items in which the hearing items are associated to each other based on the content; a correction evaluation point calculation part 303 for calculating a correction evaluation points by using correction coefficients for correcting a raw point difference resulting from the deviation of consciousness between organization hierarchies; and a final evaluation point calculation part 304 for calculating the final evaluation points by using characteristic coefficients as numerical values on which the characteristics of the organization are reflected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
