PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing apparatus, an optical disk reproducing method, and an optical disk reproducing program which can reduce frequency of switching of a rotation direction even when an optical disk is made to rotate reversely because a scratch is detected on the optical disk, and a recording medium which stores the optical disk reproducing program.;SOLUTION: When a scratch is detected on a surface of a DVD 9, the rotation direction is switched to a reverse direction if the DVD 9 rotates in a forward direction until then, or switched to a forward direction if the DVD 9 rotates in a reverse direction until then, and error correction is performed. Thereby, frequency of switching can be made once in single scratch detection, and frequency of switching of the rotation direction upon scratch detection can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
