PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide structure which can be reduced in size inexpensively without using a chip component, and to provide a printed circuit board using the same. PSOLUTION: The waveguide structure at least includes: first and second conductive planes 1 and 2 which are disposed parallel to each other; and a unit structure 3 including a transmission line 4, which is laid in a layer different from the first conductive plane 1 and the second conductive plane 2, uses the second conductive plane 2 as a return path and has an open end at one end, and a conductive via 5 for electrically connecting the other end of the transmission line 4 and the first conductive plane 1.
