PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control device capable of executing system changeover when without waiting for the completion of a call in speaking even when the call in speaking is present.;SOLUTION: This call control device 10 includes: a call distribution function part 11 for transferring a new call having entered into the own call control device 10 during changeover to another call control device to the other call control device; a replication function part 12 for synchronizing data for a call in speaking being processed by the own control device 10 during changeover to the other call control device on memories of the own control device 10 and the other control device; and a call processing function part 13 for starting the processing of the call in speaking when the synchronization of the data of the call in speaking is completed, and changes over a system from the own call control device 10 to the other call control device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
