PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate an effective use of a femtocell installed in a home.;SOLUTION: A femtocell information server updates femtocell information including positional information of the femtocell and information of usable or unusable state of the femtocell on the basis of the information of usable or unusable state expressing if the use of the femtocell received from a femtocell base station is limited or unlimited to registered users. The femtocell information server, when receiving a femtocell search request for specifying at least the position from user terminals, searches the information of the femtocell existing in the specified positional circumference on the basis of the positional information of the femtocell preliminarily registered in a femtocell information-storing part to response to the user terminal.
