PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the desire of a driver to improve drive operation relating to accelerator operation of an automobile, inhibit excessive depression of an accelerator, and improve knowledge and consciousness of fuel saving operation. PSOLUTION: An accelerator opening determination part 11c1 determines whether accelerator opening exceeds an upper limit value by accelerator operation by a driver in a vehicle 1a or not. A travel distance integration part 11d integrates travel distance within accelerator opening upper limit value when it is not determined that accelerator opening exceeds the upper limit value. The travel distance integration part 11d integrates travel distance exceeding accelerator opening upper limit when it is determined that the accelerator opening exceeds the upper limit value.
