PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of setting a temperature compensation value for a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator capable of acquiring a temperature compensation value of a D/A converter at each temperature in a short time.;SOLUTION: In the temperature compensation value setting method of the temperature compensation type crystal oscillator, a PC 23 controls a SW 15 so as to select a control voltage output from a PLL circuit 21 to be input in a VCXO 16 until a lock signal is input from the PLL circuit 21, stores voltage values obtained by a buffer 18, an A/D converter 19 for the control voltage output from a value of detected temperature from an A/D converter 12 and the control voltage output from the PLL circuit 21, sets the voltage values in an internal memory of a CPU 13 as a value of detected temperature of a lock state and a value of control voltage to acquire a temperature compensation value to the D/A converter 14 when the lock signal is input from the PLL circuit 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
