PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hapten-carrier conjugate that can bring out an anti-hapten antibody in vivo. PSOLUTION: The hapten-carrier conjugate is represented by the formula (wherein, A, B, C, D, E and F are each a side chain of nicotine; these are independent and at least one of these indicates a carrier such as cholera toxin B (CTB) containing at least one T-cell epitope).
