PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method that easily achieves control for fulfilling an obligation of observing the same time and same amount that a demand-amount total and a power-generation amount total are matched with each other during a fixed time interval even when irregular load changes of a plurality of consumers occur in a retail power supply system in which a plurality of power generators, possessed by a power company and based on the power wholesale contract with the power company, and a plurality of consumers (loads) are connected to a power grid of the power company. PSOLUTION: A retail power supply system is configured as follows. A plurality of consumer terminals (1-3a)-(1-3c) respectively having a private power-generation facility connected to a power grid (2-1) possessed by a power company, a consumer terminal (1-3d) not possessing a private power-generation facility, and a host computer (1-1) of a retail power supply business are connected to each other via a communication line (1-2). Each generated power amount of each private power-generation facility is controlled via each consumer terminal so as to supply power to the respective consumers such that the total receiving power being the total of receiving power amounts of the respective consumers fulfills an obligation of observing the same time and same amount.
