PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating a symptom before crack generation of an irradiation assisted stress corrosion crack (IASCC) generated in a structure material of a nuclear reactor, a particle accelerator or the like. PSOLUTION: A third harmonic voltage value of a specimen is measured by an AC magnetization method, and the degree of IASCC sensitivity of the specimen is determined on reference to a database showing a mutual relation between the magnitude of a change of the third harmonic voltage value determined beforehand and the degree of IASCC sensitivity. Further, an eddy current method probe voltage of the specimen is measured, and the degree of IASCC sensitivity of the specimen is determined on reference to a database showing a mutual relation between a change of an eddy current method probe voltage value determined beforehand and the degree of IASCC sensitivity, and it is determined whether or not the determined degree of IASCC sensitivity is within a prescribed error range from the degree of IASCC sensitivity determined from the change of the third harmonic voltage value.
