PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a stool seat rising and falling lever for sanitarily and simply performing the rising and falling operation of a stool seat.;SOLUTION: The toilet seat rising and falling lever has a fixed window (M), possesses a function of being firmly fixed to the toilet seat back by clamping the fixed window (M) between a separate type toilet seat cushion (C) and a toilet seat cushion fixed hole, and also possesses a function which enables the simple rising and falling of the toilet seat by operating a lever part extended to the outside of the toilet seat, wherein L (the length of a window for fixing), R (the perforation radius of window both ends for fixing), W (the width of the toilet seat rising and falling lever), D (the thickness of the toilet seat rising and falling lever), and N (the full length of the toilet seat rising and falling lever), which are the parameters of the fixed window, are within a specific numerical range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
