PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize safe and pleasant nurseries, cisterns and the like, by preventing and controlling risk of disease infection caused by microorganisms or pathogenic bacteria generated in a cistern of a fish and shellfish nursery, wherein the provided device is one harmless to water quality and human bodies and non-pollutive to global environment.;SOLUTION: A pathogenic bacterial disease preventive device provided by processing a nanofilter using ultrafine particle ferromagnetic ferrite to be a laminated type, is provided by coating on a nonwoven fabric a predetermined amount of copper ferrite or calcium-zinc ferrite of magnetized fine particles having 5-30 nm particle size. The device using the laminated nanofilter is hung and set in a cistern or a nursery, and when pathogenic bacteria existing in the cistern or the nursery pass in magnetic lines generated from the magnetic field of the laminated nonofilter, eddy current generated by Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction flows in the pathogenic bacteria. Thereby, cells of the pathogenic bacteria is destroyed, movement is prevented and growing is controlled, so that generation of diseases caused by the pathogenic bacteria is prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
